Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and postal service closures.
During busy periods, product drops, or seasonal postal delays, dispatch may take slightly longer. Once your order has entered the postal system, delivery speed depends on the courier or postal service used.
UK delivery usually takes 1–4 working days after dispatch, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs, local postal services, and import checks. Any delivery dates shown are estimates, not guarantees.
Holy Spore orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging. No unnecessary branding, product wording, or sacred spore theatre appears on the outside of the parcel.

Holy Spore only ships to locations where the ordered items may be lawfully received and possessed for their stated purpose.
Customers are responsible for checking their own local laws before ordering. If we believe an order cannot be legally or appropriately fulfilled, we may cancel it and issue a refund before dispatch.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears missing, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and help where possible in line with our Refund and Returns policy.
