These Terms and Conditions govern your use of holyspore.co.uk and any purchase made from Holy Spore Ltd (“Holy Spore”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Holy Spore Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16568918, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London
WC2H 9JQ. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Our mushroom spore specimens are sold solely for lawful purposes, including microscopy, taxonomy, collection and educational study. Products containing spores from Psilocybe species are not sold for cultivation, germination, consumption, administration to humans or animals, or the production of any controlled substance. By ordering, you confirm that your purchase, possession and intended use are lawful in your location. We may cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably believe that a product may be purchased for an unlawful purpose. Please see our Legal Disclaimer for more detailed info.
An order is submitted when you complete checkout and payment is normally taken in full at that time. The automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch the order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, payment problems, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or concerns about the intended use of a product. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be shown before payment is completed. Products remain subject to availability, and placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. We may amend prices or product information at any time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Orders are dispatched to the delivery address entered during checkout. Estimated delivery periods are guidance rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address and for checking whether products may lawfully be imported, possessed or used in their destination. We may restrict delivery to certain countries or regions. International customers are responsible for applicable customs charges, import taxes and local compliance requirements. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refunds and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. UK consumers will generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving it and then a further 14 days in which to return the goods. Returned products should be kept unopened, unused and appropriately packaged; where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect an item, we may make a lawful deduction for loss of value. These terms do not limit your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
The Holy Spore name, logo, artwork, product copy, photographs, graphics and other original website content belong to Holy Spore Ltd or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, republished, sold or used commercially without prior written permission. You may view and save website content for personal, non-commercial use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to this, Holy Spore is not responsible for loss arising from unlawful use, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised cultivation or use contrary to our product instructions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for temporary disruption caused by maintenance, hosting failures or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent orders or use the site in a way that interferes with its normal operation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to you in the country where you live. We may update these terms when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The version displayed when you place an order will apply to that purchase.
